HI all, what would you like to advice me about working and studying in INGolstadt?

There is a massive housing shortage here- that's my only experience so far.

Here is pretty weird...

 

They would rent you even something like a f..n closet and call it 1 room apartment or so.

Beside that feels just like Police interogation when you have to show documents like work contract, recommendation from former place you lived in, the commision for macklers (IT'S HUGE MAN) + bank account info with your balance.

 

I felt just like at Police interogating me who I am and how much do I earn and stuff.

 

It is because here are less houses than employees and they take advantage.

Beside that they are racist, so I you come as an ousider/auslender even if you have biggest income and biggest everything the house will go to a german.

 

So I know about housing shortage...
