I learnt that the majority of my cow-orkers are useless fucking cunts who can't be trusted to pull their pants down to piss much less lift the goddamned seat.

I learned to be grateful for my german Schwiegermutter, for without her, I would never know the full extent of my faults & weaknesses. Blödes Miststück!!!

That if someone new comes along, thinks they have a fastball , and you and another poster play catch to be nice that the dawg behind you is going to hit out of the park.

I FINALLY looked up the meaning of perdido:

(Ref: Merriam-webster.com)

perdido, perdida (adjective)

Translation of perdido (Spanish)

1: lost

2: inveterate, incorrigible <es un caso perdido : he's a hopeless case>

3: in trouble, done for

4: de perdido (Mexico, familiar): at least

And my conclusion? That I've spent way toooooo much time on TT today ;)

USAir PHL->MUC->PHL anytime late May, early June ~$1450

USAir MUC->PHL->MUC anytime late May, early June ~$850

Just because I learnt it, doesn't mean I understand it.

I have a better one than that :_

LH MUC-BHX-MUC = Euro 186 on the DE site.

LH MUC-BHX-MUC = UKS 128 on the UK site (same flight)

As the current exchange rate is about 83/84p and this would work out nearer 68p - Go figure.

I was told by a native speaker that all German nouns which are related to the good things will have masculine gender. Have to still experiment how true this holds!

We´ll survive Bobby - sometimes you really do need to step back and view life from a different angle!

Seriously though, I would be really interested in seeing some photos of those canon balls!

Well, considering it's der Sex, der Orgasmus, der Mann, maybe he thought he had a point at first. :D

This could nearly become a thread all of its own. :)

I learnt the difference between libel and slander and will take great pleasure in pointing out to someone that they should be very careful what they write in emails as it could result in court action! :D
