What would happen to me if:
1 after having worked continuously for 12 months at a company, and never before (in Germany)
2 I quit
3 or alternatively I would be fired for not showing up anymore
From my understanding,
#1 + #2 would get me 6 months of ALG2, from which 3 months would be withheld, bringing it down to 3 months of nothing and then 3 months of ALG2, then Harz 4, and
#1 + #3 would get me nothing for having been fired for fault
Correct?
