Certified Translation of a German divorce decree

I have a German divorce certificate and another divorce certificate with an apostille that I must have translated into English. The translations must be certified. Can anyone help me get this done in the USA rather than having to send the documents to Germany? Names, email addresses and telephone numbers of translators are needed immediately as this is a probate matter.

I think you will find that a lot of people could do the translation for you, but you would have to get it certified by a solicitor.

James, I am confused. You are in Hawaii and need a translation from German into English but do not want to send the documents to Germany.

 

If this is the case why did you contact a forum located in Germany?
