Selling Fresh Fried Food From Stall

Hi

 

Know this has been asked a couple of times (after searching) but thought maybe new comments may help.

 

Thinking of selling freshly fried food from a stall. Does anyone know what paperwork you need and where to get it from. Also, preparation of the food, does it have be done in commercial kitchen with hygiene certs. I'm thinking of frying the raw food preparation fresh on the stall before serving.

 

I know i could ask some of the people on the markets doing this but would guess they are not always happy about new competition. Also where I am thinking of at the moment it is a public place (park) and not a market with one person selling fresh food.

 

Any help / advice appreciated.

I cannot advise on the food matters, but I would strongly suggest you do not go into a business partnership with a dude named "freebeer." At least not until I move there.
