I guess it is like a Marmite thing.  But there is really Butyric acid from the way Hershey process the milk for their chocolate?  Yikes.  That would explain the vomit taste.  I mean, in some things like Parmesan it is not really detectable due to its other superb qualities  (except in the old dried stuff that hopefully no longer exists).
