9 posts in this topic

Hi There,

Does any of you guys know a theatre in and around Frankurt , which plays the 3D English version of the movie 'Avatar' ?

I had a quick check here but they are all showing the 3D german version, and not in English :(

Glad if someone brings some good news

Cheers ,

DS :)

Turmpalast does not have 3D capability (or Dolby Digital, for that matter...)

AVATAR IN DIGITAL 3D AND ENGLISH

Aschaffenburg Kinopolis

Monday February 1 2010 8:30PM

Kinopolis Aschaffenburg is a recently refurbished and modern cimema, using RealD 3D technology.

Who wants to come see this in 3D in English with a few of their friends?

If this is successful, if this is successful i would hope to think th...at the Kinopolis will show more English films in 3D!

It was is/was also showing in 3D in the Kinopolis at the Main Taunus Zentrum, no need to trek to Mannheim or Aschaffenburg

The Kinopolis at the Main Taunus Zentrum seems to have stopped showing Avatar 3D in OV this week, however now the CineStar Metropolis (Eschenheimer Anlage 40, near the Turm, 069-95506444) are showing it at various times over this weekend.

The CineStar Metropolis website (http://www.cinestar.de/de/kino/frankfurt-am-main-cinestar-metropolis) and the worst looking website overmade(http://www.wichary.de/filmpage/) both have good information.
