Sunday 15th March 2015 Hurrah, wir leben noch. Spring is here and it is time to cycle. The weathe forecast for Sunday is currently less than we hoped for, i.e. cold and cloudy, and your legs have probably forgotten the delicious pain of cycling. So this week we shall do a gentle starter ride, beginning and ending in Munich. The exact route has not yet been chosen, but we shall visit our usual mixture of woods and quiet roads.

 

We shall start at Ludwigsbrücke, cycle for about an hour away and stop for some breakfast somewhere appropriate. Then we cycle on again for another hour before stopping again for lunch and recriminations. Finally, we ride back into town

 

The route will be decided later. Check here for updates and mood swings.

 

Distance: about 40km

Surfaces: mix of minor roads and gravel paths.
