**NEW PLAN** for Sunday 19th Oct. Due to the possible disruption to the S-Bahn services caused by the GDL strike, the ride will start and finish in central Munich. I haven't decided the final details yet, but it will either be:

 

a) south through the forests to Starnberg and back (about 60km) a bit like this one:

Or, b, a shorter ride northwest where we visit some of Munich's lesser known but quite pretty North-Western swimming lakes (45km):

Or c) something else.

 

The format remains the same. We will cycle for an hour on quiet backstreets and gravel paths, stop for a rest, repeat a couple more times.

Not so many great hills as originally planned.
