What would you do if you won the lottery?

Of course you could put 80% of it in some high interest account or private equity plan and wait for a while, and then go and do all that traveling. I'd be more than happy to work for another year or so and wait for the interest to build up. Then i'd go and buy a house on the most remote Greek island I could find and turn it in to a Bondesque lair complete with helicopter landing pad, cinema, olympic sized swimming pool, and an international airport.

Off course, you don't have to just win the lottery to get 2 million. You could always get a job at the male escort office and hope that you get a booking from a BMW director!!!

In case anyone has been away for a few weeks: BMW heiress blackmailed by illicit lover

P.S.

BTW does anyone have the phone number for the agency???

Absolutely spot on spatown, I thought the ideas that Worm has went out with the ark, (or at least the last episode of The Sweeney)

yep. you are right. men wanting to have sex with attractive women is SOOO old fashioned. Apparently we are supposed to reproduce asexually these days, it shows our caring side

So Spatown are you saying that you prefer ugly chubby men that enjoy your company while dining at McDonalds over some rich guy oozing in cash that can entertain you at their villa over looking a lake?

If that is true then I think FirstCitizen will want to take you on date.

George Best said it better: "I spent 90% of my money on women, drink and fast cars. The rest I wasted."

I believe it was "I spent a lot of money on booze, birds and fast cars. The rest I just squandered" but it was close enough ;)

Before I moved to Germany the first thing I would have done was to have left the UK. Now it would be to walk out of work and leave Germany for somewhere exotic.

Men wanting to have sex with attractive women will not go out of fashion Worm. What I am saying is that you have a much greater chance of success if you dump the attitude, and think about also enjoying her company.

I think that the words dining and McDonalds don't quite go together. Rich is not bad, but moronic one-track mind is even with the villa over-looking the lake.

Think you edited that when I wasn't looking! :D Sadly now too old for FC, but pre-husband, wife and mother time had a fabulous social life. Our daughters are gorgeous, but they don't seem to have the fun that I did.

Does that mean you're single now? grrrr ;)

I've been 'on the market' again since last weekend, and if talking to women fails to get me anywhere, I will try the direct approach and just start rubbing myself against them in confined spaces (sorry).

Sorry to hear that. Suggest you don't take any "lessons" from VFletch - that way is only backwards towards the apes.

If I won 2m EUR I would buy a bigger house in bonn. Buy and Audi RS6 Avant with all the extras (OR buy a Q7 4.2l TDI and then a Porsche 911 Carrera S) That would leave me with an estimated 1.5 million - I would invest that at anything between 6-10 % interest and then spend the rest of my life traveling and recording music! Might consider living (renting furnished) in various places for a few months at a time - New York, St. Barths, Buenos Aires, Phuket, Sydney, London, Hamburg, Munich, Bora Bora (or Tahiti), Boston, Paris,... just a few places that spring to mind.

Aaaah the fun of 2m EUR - Bill Gates - are you reading this? Dude, seriously, you make that kind of money every couple of hours! If you could just see your way to giving me 2m EUR then I would put it to excellent use! With you alot of it just sits in the bank growing like bacteria! I would actually do something cool with it! So come on! Please! Send me some money! Its not like your bank account would notice! Same as my bank account doesn't really notice when I am charged the 1,99 EUR per Month for my email account!

Go on! Pleeeeeeease!

if that lucky is me...

then i must spend that all only in my enjoyment... i arrange a tour with my friends in PAKISTAN (as 2M EUR will take 1 yers time to spend it here in pak haha... v.smart ) from my own earning i m just satisfied but not more enjoyment ... so ... lottery money just earn in enjoyment and must be spend in enjoyment... coz i dont have any idea to deal with that much money... so speand it as much as I like... :))

Take care

it wouldn't need to. I could afford to live on student wages if I owned own house (i.e. fully paid for). Plus, money is the last thing standing in my way of full time philosophising - you can get funding for that

Perhaps if you rent out as many rooms in the house as you can. I would not be so sure that it that easy to get funded in the humanities, either.

I just had a letter telling me I have won 915,810.00 Euros . in the Loteria de Navidad!

All I have to do is send a copy of my passport to an agent in Spain.

Unfortunately I missed the claim deadline!

Oh well :(
