  1. Join Democrats Abroad Frankfurt and show your solidarity with the March and people in America.   Not one more. We cannot allow one more child to be shot at school. We cannot allow one more teacher to make a choice to jump in front of a firing assault rifle to save the lives of students. We cannot allow one more family to wait for a call or text that never comes. Our schools are unsafe. Our children and teachers are dying. We must make it our top priority to save these lives. The march will began at Opernplatz Frankfurt and we will march to the Römer in the Altstadt.   2. Democrats Abroad Munich invites you to join us in the March for Our Lives. Across the United States, Americans will be marching on 24 March to have their voices heard that having weapons of war freely available is immoral, against the will of the people and just nonsense. We say enough is enough after each mass shooting, but now we are at a point where the politics just might be shifting. Have your voice heard by joining us as we march and sign a condolence wall to send to the victims of the Parkland shooting. Non-Americans are more than welcome at this affirmative event. On March 24th (5:30 - 7:30 p.m), in solidarity with the March For Our Lives events around the world, the Wiesbaden/Mainz Chapter of Democrats Abroad Germany is having a candlelight vigil to remember the victims of gun violence which affects us all. Please join us at 5:30 at the Dernsches Gelände in Wiesbaden, between the two entrances to the underground parking. We’ll be live-streaming on Facebook to add our voices to the worldwide plea for gun control in America. Participants can read poems, sing or play music, share gun violence experiences, share thoughts about lives lost to gun violence, and most important demand action from our leaders. Please contact Teresa to be included in the program. During the event, we will highlight the many victims of gun violence with signs memorializing the names and ages of the victims and the location where they were killed; So you can be a silent participant, if you wish. We will provide the signs; if you have a name to include please contact Teresa.   After the world has heard our voices, our hopes, and our fears, we will gather in at the restaurant Der Andechser im Ratskeller, which is just a few steps away, to discuss American gun politics with a focus on solutions and ideas from other countries, such as Germany, that might be a model for legislation in the US. You will also have the opportunity to register to vote and request your ballot so you can make a difference in this midterm election year.   If you cannot make it to Wiesbaden, you can still participate.   4. The Berlin chapter of Democrats Abroad is co-organizing and participating in the March For Our Lives with American Voices Abroad. The event is to show our solidarity with the Parkland students and all those affected by gun violence. We want to stand up to the NRA and show our support for better gun control laws.
