My guess is that career people always tend to get confused when something is supposed to work without a balanced scorecard system or an ISO process model.

I was told the city is not worth visiting, as there are mostly offices. The city is a 20 mins drive away from the airport.

an evil person (IMO) is someone who knowingly for his own purpose causes deliberate severe harm and suffering to others without any regret or empathy.I side with Moonboot. Harmful could be defined in reference to the Universal Declaration of Human rights.
So, ER, define the purpose of your question!

Jonathan Safran Foer has written a hilarious book about a sad subject; it's full of crazy ideas:
What about a teakettle? What if the spout opened and closed when the steam came out, so it would become a mouth, and it could whistle pretty melodies, or do Shakespeare, or just crack up with me? I could invent a teakettle that reads in Dad's voice, so I could fall asleep, or maybe a set of kettles that sings the chorus of "Yellow Submarine," which is a song by the Beatles, who I love, because entomology is one of my raisons d'0 -
Another point is that especially child abusers are often close friends with the family or even members, so it's questionable how much a sex offender registry may help in that cases.
Regarding rehabilitation of child abusers I heard that it's like when dealing with alcoholism--it's a life-long task and you never get over the urge. So the question is how society can deal properly with those people whilst still giving them a chance to rehabilitate.

I do not plan to trade much, I just wish to mitigate liability in a business contract.
Does limited liability also include negligence? I am wondering where the British Legal System draws the line.

I am considering to start a UK limited company and got an offer to let one set up for me for 49 EUR. However, I am wondering about the long-term costs that are involved, I assume they differ between service providers -- can someone give some broad figures?
Thanks!

ER: The problem is that the buyer/donee, Mr Rieger, has been convicted for hate speech and using Nazi symbols in the last years. So if he's planning a right-wing education center, people have every right to be asked first on the same grounds as they're asked whether they'd like to have brothels, airports, or waste dumps in a particular area of their town.
