Most color printers (I only know about laser printers) refuse to print b&w if one of the color cartridges (say, vellow) is low, hence the house painter cartoon!
-
So your distracting appearance is easier to see, Mr G.!
-
And Mr G. is as handsome as ever!! Who wants to drink beer in that distracting presence!

We call these English muffins in the US and have the same recipe. We cut rings from old tin cans for that. Rats, now I want to make some * looks for cans * .

I miss that great lady, too. In her last PM fom January 26th (we had talked about me having been sick) she wrote about enjoying Sara's company. And what amounted to a quiet goodbye similar to this, never said a word about what was going on: Excellent, Metall! You can't have too many celebrations in your life. Wishing you a satisfactory recovery and a happy life. Damn, that was nice. *gulp*

Has anybody tried this for the US?

katheliz and her children were and are true survivors. They said things the way they were.

J2, don't use our grief as your vehicle.

I never met katheliz in person, but liked her very much. Wonderful wit, unparalleled mental acuity, kindness and graciousness paired with a sharp tongue. She was the old lady I aspire to be some day.
-
She didn't bash you, just told you like it is.

I love Dolly's raunchy jokes.

That's an old event.

The Munich Curry Night thread on TT is dead and gone. The Local sure didn't help.

My German GP died and his practice was sold after years of temporary doctors. When I tried to pick up my records, they had been thrown away, and the new doctor tried to push me into expensive new diagnostic procedures. I left.

As a medical person, I'm also struggling to understand the cause of the OP's injury. Can't say much more, but right now the OP's case doesn't have a leg to stand on.

Was going to fix the title to say "little people" but decided to let losers portray themselves as who they are.

Also, you can contact the Munich City Funeral Services (reasonable prices, helpful people): https://www.staedtische-bestattung-muenchen.de/index_ueber_uns.html

From my research it seems: - You can ship the ashes to Germany by postal carrier, but not to a private person. Maybe to a funeral home to be buried or put in an urn niche. - A private person may not take ashes on the plane - You may need paperwork, such as a Leichenpass (deceased passport). I recommend you call the German consulate (in the UK) or the Auswärtiges Amt (in Germany). (German, about ashes from the USA) https://www.germany.info/us-de/service/familienangelegenheiten/sterbefaelle/1216868
