  1. Hi there,   My question revolves around remote.com - they offer a service that creates a local entity in many countries, including Germany.   I live in Germany and a company based in France wants to hire me as a contractor. I don't want to have to find other clients, so I would be in a situation of Scheinselbstständigkeit.   If they create a local entity in Germany via remote.com and hire me through it, I assume that I will be off the hook.   Has anyone experience with such a platform/workaround? This seems rather straightforward, but I'm skeptical and wonder if I'm missing something that will bite me in the a*s.   Thanks!
