  1. Hi all,   Now that I have to work from home for the foreseeable future I've decided to leave Germany and live elsewhere for a year or so, while continuing to work remotely as a freelancer. My question is whether I would be liable for tax where I will be resident and registered or whether I would still be liable for tax in Germany as that is where the income is coming from, even if I am not physically here? Does it matter where I base myself and whether they have a double taxation agreement with Germany? So, could I move to a low tax country like Andorra without a DTA or would I be then potentially be subject to double taxation?   Could anyone recommend a good tax consultant that could give me definitive advice on the matter?   TIA!
