I fully agree with that sentiment, it would easier to simply give us all permission, especially in a lockdown.

I have used the search function but cannot find an answer. If I claim my German pension at 63 then move back to the UK what happens to the pension? Do I get a German and Uk pension?
-
Sorry, I did say I didn't understand all this, as I get near pensionable age I'm starting to panic. Thanks Gary for your help.

So with 9 years paying in I can't claim at 63. I move to the UK, and due to my age will get UK pension at 66, will the years I contributed to the German pension will be credited through the UK pension a year later, when I'll be 67? Or will the German part be sent from Germany?

I mean if I don't get the erlaubnis to stay, how long can I stay? With the covid lockdown, is going even possible?

What happens if I can't show proof of income?

I have 9 years, so at age 66 in England I'll get UK and German years?

What a fantastic answer! As I'm not very bright I'll probably have supplementary questions.

I sold my motorcycle at the weekend, the buyer came and looked it over, offered me less than I wanted, signed kaufauftrag and took it away. He now says that there was damage that he will repair but wants a donation from me towards the costs. It was ebay kleinanzeigen and I wrote ,Das Bike wird ohne Garantie oder Rücknahme verkauft. What can he do? Should I agree to pay, if so what's to stop him finding other things that I can contribute money to? I've never noticed the damage (some cylinder head fins are scratched, tiny bit missing) I had to zoom into the photo to see what he meant. So, what now? Please help.

Although it's described as keinen unfallschaden in the kaufvertrag that I got when I bought it, and also when I sold it. -

You should first complete a Kontoklärung to determine how many months of contributions you have made and whether or not your pension has vested. What is vested? Y -

When you move back to UK, what happens to your German Tax no, and any details they have? Do they keep everything? -

Does time at the Arbeitsamt count? If not then the years I contributed to The German pension should be credited to UK pension, as far as I can see. -
actually it was this bit that interested me. Money is coming from England to De, house sale and inheritance
-
Is that still the case?
-
Hi, I am about to get inheritance from my Father, do the Germans require some proof of how much that was? Or can I transfer all my UK cash, and say it's all inheritance?
-
good grief that's complicated
-
I really wanted to know if anyone would want to see proof of inheritance, cos I wanted to move my savings at the same time, and avert any trouble.

do the Germans require some proof of how much that was? Will I get some proof from the solicitors?
