WiMaxx

WiMaxx is a building-penetrating, 1 to 2K meter-range WLAN (built-in antenna). Advertised to include telephone service beginning 2007 (VoIP), and bypasses some tariffs - perhaps because WiMaxx does not use the T-COM operated landlines, which all DSL providers use. Internet is provided through an Apple Airport -sized Intel-made radio to ethernet box. Roaming non-home coverage areas unavailable, yet. Transfer fee applies for now, and done as-needed.
