Trains

There are three kinds of rail networks in Munich. These are:

the underground trains (U-Bahn)
the city trains (S-Bahn)
and the regional and national trains (Deutsche Bahn)

Munich's central station (in German: Hauptbahnhof) is located one kilometer west of the city center (Marienplatz).
