Tollwood Festival

Tollwood is Munich's big, twice yearly, music and arts festival.

Summer festival - 18.6.2009 - 12.7.2009 at Olympiapark

The summer Tollwood usually has some big name musicians playing - but they're mostly older "has-beens" such as Status Quo. 2009 offers Cyndi Lauper among others.

Winter festival - 25.Nov.2009 - 31.Dez.2009 at Theresienwiese

The winter festival is a popular destination for Glühwein drinking and buying Christmas presents.
