SportScheck

One of Munich's best known sportswear stores. Located near Marienplatz. They have all sorts of sportswear and equipment. This includes stuff for rock climbing, skiing, snowboarding, hiking, weight training, surfing, and more.

SportScheck is also the name of a gym. Is it owned by SportScheck the shop, anyone know? There is also a SportScheck horse riding stables and school. See details of both further down this article.

SportScheck Gym:

SportScheck is in Bogenhausen (Oberföhring) and is pretty good. It's not single-sex, but the atmosphere is really nice and friendly there. Sure, there are more men than women, but I don't feel 'threatened' in any way.
