Spelling

Correct spelling is important in online discourse. It makes posts easier to read and understand. Arguments over spelling, however, are not encouraged. Such arguments are petty and nearly always off-topic. Although the moderation team generally agree with points made by so-called "spelling fascists" and "punctuation pedants", they nevertheless tend to remove posts which are nothing but arguments over spelling and grammar.
