Where to go to get a pedicure?

I visited Krista Garbutt at the Feelgood Salon this morning (Goerresstrasse 34, not far from the Nordbad) for a pedicure. I came in with two of the ugliest feet you've ever seen and left with two polished and pretty sets of nails. Krista speaks excellent English and is extremely friendly. Very much recommended. Prices and info at feelgood-salon.com.

Kosmetik Norkauer is a beauty training school in the Elisenhof opposite Hauptbahnhof (where Müller-Drogerie is) and they have a salon there where supervised students at the end of their training give facials etc to the public for bargainous prices such as: Facial (several types) 23,50€, Manicure (available only with facial) 7€, full leg wax 27€, full body massage 23,50€, pedicure (inc. polish) 12€. A farm day is also available including facial, pedicure, paraffin manicure, body brushing and pack plus neck massage for 70€. So where is the catch? Well there isn't one really apart from 2 things: 1. they only do treatments between 8:30-16:00 weekdays (and book up well in advance) 2. the facials are done in a large room with up to 8 other people getting one at the same time (other treatments are screened off/have separate rooms). The reservations lady speaks German only but some of the students speak (school) English). Tel. 593182 There is another one that I've used and that is the Kosmetikschule Schöner, Altheimer Eck 3, 80331 München (behind WOM) general tel. 246688 (not direct reservations) and they have open sessions at 11am and 5pm I think but I haven't been there in 2 years so phone first. Stay beautiful
