Ostbahnhof

The word "Ostbahnhof" is German for "Eastern railway station".

Munich's Ostbahnhof is the city's second main station. It is five stops on the S-Bahn along from the Hauptbahnhof (the central station). Ostbahnhof has a lot of stores and food places that are also open Sundays and late evenings (most of them closing around 9 to 11pm).

Ostbahnhof is located in the city district of Haidhausen.

Next to it is the Kultfabrik nightclub arena.

Siemens also have one of their numerous offices adjacent to here.
