Nazi
The
Nazi movement was headquartered in Munich. The term Nazi is derived from the full name "National Sozialismus". The movement was founded in January 1919 and effectively destroyed in 1945 at the end of the
second world war.
The leader of the Nazi movement was
Adolf Hitler. The headquarters were the
Braune Haus on
Karolinenplatz in Munich.
Although most of the Nazi symbolism has been removed from Munich, there are still the occasional swastikas to be seen. See:
