Hotel Max Emanuel

Right by the Isar. It is both a 3-star hotel, and you can get a slightly bigger rooms as service apartment. Breakfast provided, and quite a good breakfast too. About €900 to €1000 a month.

Another review: I stayed there for a month in the winter. Will never stay in one again. Room too small, kitchen-closet was tiny even by boy scout camping expectations, heater was full-on and unadjustable, breakfast not so good by Munich hotel standards.
