Haidhausen
Haidhausen is a residential district just to the east of the Munich city center. It ranks alongside Lehel, Schwabing, and Neuhausen in terms of desirability for the property.
Haidhausen is also referred to as the "French Quarter", since most streets are named after French cities, and the streets and places are arranged in a pattern oftentimes found in France. It has nothing to do with many French living here.
