Forum Deutsch comes highly recommended as a German-for-foreigners school. Usually the classes are small, i.e. less than 8 people, and if they're not then they are usually good fun. The teachers are always good for a laugh. The classrooms are 3 minutes walk from Giselastrasse U-Bahn station slap bang in the middle of Schwabing. They're pretty cheap. They do evening courses and the location makes it very convenient for going out after class with your classmates.
