Fact

"Fact." is a statement occasionally used by members on the Toytown Germany chat forum. The word is always placed at the end of a sentence or paragraph, usually as a one-word sentence. It is used to assert that the opinion expressed in the post is not just an opinion, but an absolute truth. In reality, it lends no additional weight to the claim and can even make the reader question the reliability of the "fact".

It is sometimes written in upper-case lettering (FACT.) and/or followed with an exclamation mark (FACT!). An alternative version of "Fact!" used by religious types is "Truth!".
