Error when posting
If you see an error when posting a "reply" or a "new topic" to the TT chat forum, the most likely reason is that you have not yet validated your account.On registering a forum account the system automatically sends an email to the address you used when registering. So be sure to use a valid email address.
You must click the validation link contained within this email. Clicking the link will activate your account. Once activated you should then be able to post replies, start new topics, and send personal messages.
If you do not click the link then you will not be able to do anything with your account.
If you never received the registration email, it is likely that either you entered the wrong email address, or your email provider filtered the registration email as spam. There is nothing that TT administrators can do to fix this. You must sort the problem yourself.
