Botanical Garden
There are at least three in Munich.
- The Neuer Botanischer Garten, a really big scientfic one with lots of greenhouses and children's programs etc. at Schloss Nymphenburg: Infos in German and English
- The Alter Botanischer Garten which is just a bit of greenspace now close to the main train station
- The little-known Stadtgärtnerei (City Garden Office) with a rose garden, a poisonous plants garden which is really cool (the Giftgarten), and it's free and close to the zoo. It's actually called the Baumschule Bischweiler, which is why it's difficult to find online. That link includes a map though.
