Now called the Isar-Amper-Klinikum, this is a geschlossene Anstalt in Munich. A psychiatric clinic, where they can keep you until you're no longer a danger to yourself nor to anyone else. The newspaper won't tell you that, but if they say someone was "eingewiesen ins Isar-Amper-Klinikum (ehemaliges Bezirkskrankenhaus Haar)", you're supposed to understand that they were referred for psychological treatment.
