BadBob has been a member of the TT chat forum since November 2003. He is renowned for his controversial views regards U.S. politics and the Iraq war. He is a Republican and a Bush supporter.
BadBob is known to live in Munich. His real life identity however, remains a mystery to both the TT administration and, as far as we know, all other forum members. It is possible that he may be a troll, i.e. an artificially created persona that is deliberately designed to cause controversy and start arguments. There is no hard evidence for this, however. There is also no evidence that BadBob is a duplicate account operated by any other forum member. The lack of evidence doesn't rule out the possibility, however.

There is suspicion that BadBob has since reinvented himself as Cendaf. This is because the two accounts are very similar in their posting style. Also, BadBob last logged into the forum on December 30, 2007. Meanwhile Cendaf first became active on January 2, 2008. Nevertheless, evidence that these two accounts are operated by the same person remains circumstantial and not conclusive. Cendaf claims to live in Penzberg, a town south-west of Munich.
