Alfons Schuhbeck is one of Germany's top chefs. He owns the Schuhbeck's Südtiroler Stüben restaurant in Munich, as well as a small delikatessen just of Platzl.
He also does a palazzo dinner show sometimes. The last series of shows ran 9th October 2004 until 30th January 2005 in the Spiegelpalast at Messestadt Ost.
