Villa Flora - Munich

Excellent atmosphere, great food with cultural infusion. A must see: check out the cool bathrooms (the mirror that isn't a mirror) and make sure to wash your hands! Sometimes live music, nice architecture. Parking is lousy, however.

Also known as "Vile Flora". They gave me food poisoning last time I was there. The staff also have a general crappy attitude.

Always had good food there, plus they do a Sushi Happy hour. (I think it's still running.) Also... I'm led to believe that place used to be a Brothel in it's former times !!

The food was decent. If you want a better place to go, go to the Hard Rock cafe.

had some trepidation about going here after i read one of the negative comments listed above, but my fears were completely unfounded. we had almost twenty people in our party last saturday night and service and food were both top-notch. great space too. and we had fun with the crazy bathroom mirror too!

yes, what a top night Saturday was. I also swung by there yesterday for a business lunch in the sunshine...they do a buffet for €5,90. the food was really excellent, 7 of us went and we all stuffed ourselves silly on yummy food. they even had veggie food which kept me happy. there's also a mittagsmenu having 3 or 4 different choices which change daily, priced at about €3ish. am definitely going back there.

This gets the Friday Beergarden stamp of approval. We have about 55 people on the standing tables in the open area partly under cover as the weather was not top. Service was good and they tracked the beermats enthusiastically and the food was good. Cons: They closed as 12pm.
