Tizian - Maxburgstr. 4, 80333 Munich, Germany

Just a short breeze down from Maximiliansplatz, into a seemingly deserted concrete shopping mall, you find a little jewel of a café-restaurant called Tizian.

There are three great things about Tizian; the quiet, sheltered nature of the location, the excellent food and the wonderful, wonderful women you can spot here. Flowers on the tables, two small Terrasses and a very tranquil setting make this a perfect setting for a couple to snuggle into.

It’s a perfect private retreat from the shopping hordes on Kaufingerstrasse. On Friday and Saturday nights they hire a DJ, and the atmosphere gets quite smooth and silky.

Tiziano Vecelli or Vecellio (c. 1488-90 – August 27, 1576), commonly known as Titian, was one of the greatest 16th century Renaissance painters of Venice, Italy. He was born at Pieve di Cadore (Veneto) in Italy, and died at Venice. Whether this café is named after the painter, I don't know. Seems possible though. Titian - Wikipedia
