Spatenhaus - Munich

I went to Spatenhaus last Friday. It was recommended by a number of colleagues. The reviews I received claimed, great atmosphere (especially the post opera crowd), good food and good service.
Well, in my experience the only thing that qualified was the good food - but I am not convinced that it was worth the price.

My review: The service was horrible. Our waiter was rude and constantly rushed us to make decisions, questioned some of our decisions. The food was brought to us at different times, which meant half of our party had to wait for 10 mins before their meals arrived. Atmosphere was nothing special. Lots of people who may or may not have been important, but definitely acted like they were. No personality to the place.

The only thing that it has going for it is the free post cards near the entrance.
