The address is now occupied by Papatakis Greek restaurant.

This is a great German beer cellar and in my humble opinion Schwabing's finest. In the winter, when they're not serving the terrace, you'll easily miss it. The entrance is an innocuous looking doorway nestled quietly next door to the Millenium Bar.

Go in the door and down the stairs and you'll find a large, but cosy, traditional Bavarian beer cellar. They have capacity for 290 and all the seating is those long wooden benches. The layout is kind of U shaped, with the bar on one side and the open kitchen in the middle. They serve all the usual Bavarian dishes - Schweineshaxen, Brezen Dumplings, Wurst-Salat, etc.

The beer is Augustiner.
