Not the greatest place in town but it is very well known as fairly central meeting place and the food is of reasonable quality.
If Roxy is empty, well... a nuclear meltdown must have happened very close by. To start or finish an evening it is just great. Very exciting Terrasse in the summer, plenty of skimpily-dressed summer scenery of both sexes passing you by.
The waitresses are friendly enough, music is mainly oldies. Cocktails are not the best in town but it is understandable as this place is always crowded. And you know what? With this location it will always be crowded and sometimes with crazy, exotic people. Everybody knows it.
