It is the masculine version of Mamasita and it is owned by the same person. But the food is awful, and to be brutally honest the only thing to be said for it is that they let the guests dance on the tables late at night and it all gets a bit sexy; but you can't get in when it gets to that stage because it is chock full and the doormen get very selective.
It's a bit like a Mexican Oktoberfest really, so don't be surprised to see lots of people forming casual relationships. Unfortunately, to guarantee you are going to have fun, you have to reserve a table and eat the food, which is a heavy price to pay for a bit of fleshy manipulation. They also have Women's Nights, where men pay to get in but women don't. Fuck that, as we say in London.

Anybody visiting this restaurant, which is engaged in false advertising, will hopefully do what we did Wednesday night: Walk out and find another eatery. Getting admission with their silly smoker passports is a hassle beyond imagination. I have proof that their website does not hint any restrictions on their daily specials. Well indeed their menu at the restaurant has some footnotes making the daily specials not valid, e.g. on days prior to public holidays. The ultimate death sentence how I judge this bar/restaurant however: They claim to be some kind of Mexican/Tex-Mex bar. Well the only Tequila they serve is that god awful Sierra (the one with the plastic sombrero), useful only for cleaning your dirty shoes. Stay away from this place folks, it’s a rip-off engaged in doubtful business practices.

I know wath you are talking about, I´m mexican and I really can tell you that all this "mexican restaurants" are horrible!!!! they just have this "chili con carne" and "sierra tequila" (that we never eat or drink in Mexico) but I can recomend you "El Patio" is the best mexican restaurant I´ve triyed here, the owner is mexican so they know how´s the real mexican food! is located is Hohenzollernplatz, close to the U-bahn, so have a look there!
