Obori Café and Bakery is hidden away in a back street in Haidhausen, at Lothringer Str. 15, there's a bakery and café run by some Japanese ladies, with incredible French bread and cakes. The baguette (thin: 1.70€, thicker: 1.90€) tastes like the real thing and is pointed at both ends. There was also baguette with olives and walnut/raisin bread. They have tarte aux pommes, tarte au chocolat, and little cylinders with mousse au chocolat (2.40€), mango mousse, and funnily enough German cheese cake (2€), all home-made. There are about 7 tables for seating.
