It's not too controversial to state that Negroni serve the best cocktails in Munich. And now Negroni is bigger and better! On 4th March they changed location by a few blocks. They moved into the Haidhausen premises formerly occupied by Serafin. The new Negroni is in the same style as the old, but 3 or 4 times larger. And thankfully the cocktails are just as good! Check the golden shakers on the top shelf behind the bar. These trophies are testament to their award winning cocktail mixing skills. If you've got a sweet tooth the "Steeth" is particularly recommended. The two Italian owners are still counting the years since they first opened. The giant number in their window now stands at "7". If you enjoy a cocktail or two, Negroni absolutely must be on your list of regular drinking spots!

Well one thing is for sure...When you have a cocktail at Negroni's you'll find everywhere else mild by comparision. Having spent many a good evening in there from when it was Negroni 2, I can say that I only go there when I don't have to work the next day. The Cocktails are refreshing and powerful at the same time. My personal best was 3 Long Island Ice Teas..though I don't recall getting home. Whilst relatively expensive the value for money is very good. The barman wins Cocktail mixing competitions on a regular basis. Try it and enjoy.

Not just because of the range of drinks available but also for the many drink-related quotes at the bottom of each page. Makes for interesting reading. The service is good in that they come to you pretty much as soon as you've parked yourself, but slow afterwards as they really take their time putting the drinks together. Well worth it though. Actually the best Bloody Mary that I've tasted anywhere, in any country. Incidentally, the only place I've been where the cocktails pack a bigger punch than Negroni is Cohibar City.
