Ned Kelly's Australian Bar - Frauenplatz 11, 80331 Munich, Germany
Ned's is a great bar that serves real Aussie Beers like VB and Crown Lager. The bar staff are very friendly and are a great help with info about Munich! Also they show Sports like Aussie Rules, Rugby and Premiership Football on their big screen. Food is very good and portions are good value for money... Ned's will definitely be on my List for a visit when I'm back in Munich in July! (review by Bruce)

Also note: Ned's shares a venue with Kilian's Irish Pub. The two pubs are next door to each other in adjoining basement locations. They share a kitchen so the food in each is basically the same but with the menu items given slightly "Aussie" or "Irish" sounding names respectively.

Posted by: "Anonymous" at 9:01 pm on 28.Jul.2004(Reviewing it for the food, not as a bar) Had a burger here, it was ok, not great but not bad. Their cheesecake though, was very good for Germany. The friend we were with said not to order it because she has not had a decent cheesecake in Munich, so I would be disappointed. Out of curiosity, we ordered it anyways, and it turned out to be pretty good, even she was surprised! We went on a Thursday night and it was packed by 9pm, we had to leave before the real fun started - Karaoke!
Posted by: "kks" at 10:47 pm on 19.Jan.2006Hi, I am in Munich for a few weeks now. I am looking for some bar work to do while i am here. I have about 5 years bar experience, in busy bars. I am friendly, chatty, can change a barrel and give good head! Would be great to hear from you, if you have any vacancies. Thanks Laura

Posted by: false at 11:09 am on 24.Aug.2009Out of real Australian beer most of the time and very (too) busy for important events such as the AFL grand final. Food is ok.
Posted by: "AussieRules" at 8:10 am on 26.Sep.2009Out of real Australian beer, huh? Sounds brilliant. Come on, who in Munich drinks Fosters, VB and those other p1ss poor excuses for beer?
