Nam Nam - Munich

Nam Nam is a Thai cafe/bar/restaurant in Maxvorstadt. Very nice establishment, great service, great food. Winner of the Prinz Gastroguide 2008.

Incidently, this address was, until 2006, home to Odeon Bar & Cafe.

We went here for brunch today. Per person the All-You-Can-Eat buffet costs €13,50 (drinks not included) which we found very good value. The buffet had a mix of German style breakfast foods such as bread, confitures, various salads (noodle salad, Wurst-salad, fruit) as well as a selection of Asian foods too (home-made spring rolls, curry, fried noodles etc.). They will cook eggs to your liking too. There were some home-made brownies and a selection of fruit and other sweet things on the ´dessert buffet´. The staff were friendly and attentive, we´ll be going back!

just had lunch there. They have a decent sized Pad Thai for 6,90. The service was very good. A different style of restaurant for Munich. I will go back and try more!

I like the Tuktuk decor inside the restaurant and the lemon grass drink which they serve upon arrival.
