I used to get off at Froettmaning, the last station for U6. This was 10 years ago, and now there's a brand new stadium at the same station. They couldn't have picked a better place for it.

McGraw Kaserne. What ever happened to that entire facility? I went to High School school there in the late 60's.

As far as I know, the former McGraw Kaserne hosts some German police departments, an opera rehearsal room and different companies now.

i went to elementary school at mcgraw kaserne until it closed in the '90s - i've visited a few times since then and it's interesting to say the least. i also believe that the whole area has been renovated and "integrated" into the surrounding area.
