Well, I must say that M-Park has a very RACIST door policy. Last Christmas (2008) me, my girlfriend (both Bulgarians) and a friend from India were stopped at the door because it was "members only", although the M-park site promoted the evening as free entrance until 00:00 hrs. After some time standing at the door we noticed that all people of colour, or who did not look "german" enough were also denied entrance because they are not "members". So - if you are a person of colour and do want to be humiliated - do not go to M-Park!!!
PS. The funniest part is that the bouncer who stopped us was a negro.
M-Park is located in the west part of Munich. The address is Landsbergerstrasse 169. The easiest way to get there is using Tram 18 and 19 from Munich Hauptbahnhof and get off at Lockschuppen tram stop.
This is being discussed here: List of nightclubs/bars with racist door policies
Posted by: Gen at 5:10 pm on 30.Dec.2008I agree M- park and preety much nearly every club in munich is racist towards difference in skin colour. i plan on writing an article in the UK to give the public a real feel of clubbing in munich
Posted by: "shamil" at 12:49 pm on 7.Mar.2009Don't go there if you are a foreigner especially girls. A german didn't like us so pushed us to the floor. The bouncer took my id cause i was supposedly under 16 (i'm 21), and im still trying to get it back. So what i'm trying to say is dont' go here. I'm Australian so it doesn't matter what race you are, if your not german they don't like you., and this would not happen in Australia!!!
Posted by: Jade Camilleri at 8:51 pm on 8.Jun.2009Had the same problems in the altstadt in Dusseldorf. I was there with my portugese friend and his son, they are both black and originally from africa [I am white and English and not at all politically correct]. The bouncers used any excuse not to let them in like sorry you are wearing trainers but they would let me in even though i was wearing trainers also. After going out on various occasions with these two friends i realised that some Germans are still very much racist, but not all as some were very welcoming, just opened my eyes a little as what it is like to be discriminated against based on skin colour.
