Moccar is a great new bar/restaurant on Steinstrasse in Haidhausen. They opened end of February. We were there late afternoon yesterday and it was kind of quiet but had a very cool atmosphere. It's sure to be busy later on in the evenings. There are two kinds of food on the menu: steaks and sushi. An unusual combination but no matter, both were delicious! They're open every day from 10am til 3am. Prices are reasonable: around €20 for a good steak. Definitely recommended. Check it!

Interestingly diverse menu, nice brick interior and not overly expensive. It is hard to get a table most evenings of the week (but it's still new). But the service gets a huge thumbs down. Of the three times we tried it - regardless of how full or empty the place was - food came very late & never at once. No one ever got their food together. Sometimes the meal arrivals were spaced as much as 15 minutes apart. There has only ever been one nice but overwhelmed waitress working. The kitchen seems to to be clueless. Food was good though. My advice is go only when you have nothing else to do that evening, you'll spend have the night waiting.
