Hello, I went to the Amerikahaus at Friday the 10th at 20:25 but everything was closed and nobody picked up the phone. Please correct the opening times of millions of images. Also their webpage doesn't work. Greetings, Rob.
Posted by: "Lechner" at 4:56 pm on 11.Sep.2004The webpage worked 3 or 4 weeks ago. On that page it did say open til 9pm Wed & Friday. You're right though. The site is broken now. Also, I just called them but got no reply. Was transfered to the Amerika Haus 'Zentrale'. They didn't have a scooby what the situation was. Said they thought the DVD hire was only open til 6pm (not 8 or 9pm). But that said, they still weren't answering the phone (this is at 3pm). My recommendation, go to the English Video Club or Missing Image instead.

The problem with our website has been solved and all the information (opening hours, prices etc.) is available again. Our shop is located in the basement of the amerika haus and one can reach us on the phone during our opening hours (mon-fri 2-6; wed 2-8). We're still trying to prolong our opening hours, like I said before it just takes some time to get things done in the amerika haus. Since we can't provide our customers with proper opening hours we lowered our prices and installed a dropbox at the entrance where you can return movies 24/7. Regards, Boris S. Noerr MOI - Team
