Mark Summers is licensed as a CPA in Pennsylvania and Texas. He has spent almost 40 years in Germany – 25 of them as a financial manager in industry and the last eight years working on US taxes, both in Germany and in the US.

His primary service is the preparation of US tax returns for individuals.
