Maria's - Munich

Maria's is a homey little cafe/restuarant across from the Pinkothek der Moderne. Opened Summer 2008. Traditional Bavarian fare with a contemporary twist and an emphasis on fresh, high-quality ingredients. Delicious breakfast including homemade marmelades. Have not yet tried the lunch/dinner offering, but the menu looks enticing. Decor is modern, bright, pleasant. Maria is usually around and is very friendly, as is the wait staff.
