I went on a whim to dine at Mai-Asia. My companion and I were pleasantly surprised by the Thai and Vietnamese dishes.
Red curry pork was delicious. Prices are reasonable, including prices for drinks (€1.50 for .5L Augustiner bottle). 113 items on the main menu, so there's a very good selection.
They also carry sushi and have good lunch specials (€5-6.50) which, according to the menu, come with either free spring rolls or a "Peking-Suppe
They seem to be mostly catering to take-out and delivery (there are only a handful of tables) and it's on a relatively quiet strip of Hohenzollern.
